Dar Khayam, Hammamet

I had high hopes for this hotel, but it turned out to be a massive disappointment. The rooms were really dated and not very clean, which made for an uncomfortable stay. The staff were nice, but the rude ones overshadowed the experience. Most of all, the food was inedible, leading us to eat very little during our week there. It's a real shame because the location had potential, but everything else felt like a struggle.

The hotel has some redeeming qualities like a beautiful exterior and an animation team that really knows how to engage guests, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by dated and uncomfortable rooms, poor dining options, and a disappointing level of cleanliness. The location isn't necessarily a highlight either, with a beach that is littered and the overall atmosphere felt unsafe. I certainly won't be returning.
